MEET OUR CLASSIC RANGE:

Rare Ambers and a teinturier Saperavi wine make up our classic collection. These single-origin and single varietal grapes are sustainably produced and made the traditional Georgian way using methods known to the region for 8000 years: spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast and skin-on contact for one lunar cycle (21 days).

MEET OUR QVEVRI RESERVE COLLECTION:

Our first selection, labor-intensive and limited edition. Harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented with wild yeast in Qvevri (large, underground clay pots) for one lunar cycle with no temperature control, this wine then rests in Qvevri for one year, maturing in flavor and deepening in richness.

MEET OUR SPIRIT NAMED CHACHA:

Known as “the dance teacher,” this truth-serum homebrew inspires drinkers to cut loose and shake it on the dance floor. Distilled two times from our rare Khikhvi grapes, this Georgian grappa is made the traditional way and is coveted by gourmets, globetrotters and wine enthusiasts alike. Buy it in .5 and 1 L bottles and serve it arctic cold.
